Sister Joan's truck gets new tyres
A set of new tyres was recently donated for Sister's 'truck'.
(A 4 door utility with a back canopy is a more accurate description but given what it hauls around Bangkok each week, it can be called a truck!)
Sister was still using the original tyres - now 8 years old. Her vehicle is essential as part of her work - ferrying people to hospital, collecting milk products for the Milk Run project, collecting rice and other food products for the Family Food project plus many other day to day trips.
Keeping Sister on the road enables her to provide the care she offers every day to the people of the Klong Toey slum communities.
